Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Systems Administrator Level II for a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services. The Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC)/A4PL provides information technology support for Mission Mobile Devices (MMD) (EFB and eTool iPads, EFB Android Devices, Yubikeys, and EFB/eTool Windows devices). The Advanced Mobile Mission Support position will provide IT support for the HQ AFRC/A4 Mobile IT Portfolio. The current capacity of devices totals 5000. HQ AFRC/A4 is projected to enroll an additional 1000 devices within the coming year.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Migration of AFRC/A4PL mobile devices to new MDM and troubleshooting issues post- migration.
  • Enrolling iOS, Android, and Windows EFB/eTool into VMware WSO.
  • Enrolling iOS and MacOS devices into Apple Business Manager (ABM) via Apple Configurator.
  • Troubleshooting issues relating to mobile enrollment into WSO, mobile application management (MAM), and mobile content management (MCM).
  • Provisioning of Yubikey devices.
  • Tier 1-2 support for EFB/eTool Device Program; iPad/MacOS/Windows devices.
  • Editing and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Field User Guides (FUGs) for dispersal to all HQ AFRC/A4 units.
  • Occasional travel to units for supporting HQ AFRC A4 IT Portfolio mission needs.
  • Additional services provided by the Contractor include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Make recommendations based on trend analysis for enhancements to software and hardware solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop a trend analysis and impact report.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to educate others or meet customer needs.
  • Analyze incident data for emerging trends.
  • Follow processes set by AFRC/A4PL for enrollment of devices into ABM and the WSO platform.
  • Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 or more years technical experience in DoD/AFNet or comparable experience with the same technologies.
  • 3 or more years technical experience utilizing PowerShell.
  • 3 or more years technical experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or newer
  • Active IAT Level II Certification (SecPlus CE, etc.)
  • On site support at Warner Robins in GA.

Required:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance

Travel:

  • Minimal, less than 30%

Compensation:

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between 70,000.00 to 72,000.00. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
