  • Ensure financial compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies; support internal and external audits.
  • Support pricing and cost volume development on new proposals and contract modifications in partnership with Contracts and Capture teams.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to drive effective use of resources, timely project performance reviews, and mitigation of financial risks.
  • Monitor indirect cost allocations, funding profiles, and contract ceilings to ensure accurate billings and revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reviews to senior executives, customer representatives, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff, promoting strong controls and continuous improvement across project finance operations.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance, if not already held.

Desired:

  • Experience working with integrated forecasting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, tableau etc.)
