Description

Tyto Athene is searching for an Innovation Program Manager to support our Chief Technology Office. The primary focus areas of the Innovation Program Manager are to oversee getting critical elements of the work of innovation at Tyto done, to establish and run our periodic technology reviews, to ensure the CTO organization is elegantly meeting the need of our marketing and growth team in running external events and in driving impactful technical leadership in maturing our alliance program. 

 

In this role, you'll be a central figure in coordinating across the CTO function, ensuring the CTO function is easy to do business with across the business unit line organizations, the growth organization including marketing and making our go-to-market strategy real by ensuring the CTO function relentlessly delivers high quality work products. You'll be responsible for establishing and managing key processes that connect our technology teams with our marketing, sales and delivery efforts. This role requires a unique blend of relationship building, oversight of content creation, establishing lines of accountability and holding stakeholders accountable and cross-functional leadership to ensure our innovative solutions are effectively communicated to both our customers and our partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Content and Process Curation: Define, establish, and continuously improve a process for creating and curating compelling content based on innovative products and projects delivered within the CTO function for marketing and sales. This includes everything from white papers and case studies to sales decks and blog posts.
  • CTO Team Collaboration & Event Support: Identify, coordinate, and organize the CTO team's involvement in key marketing events. You'll work closely with CTO leaders to determine appropriate demonstrations and technical content, ensuring our presence at these events is impactful, well-supported and impactful.
  • Technology Review Sessions: Establish, organize, and run our monthly technology review sessions. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting updates on innovation projects, new content/artifacts, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed. You will also support the ideation process in which we identify and evaluate new innovative ideas.
  • Alliance Partner Management: Identify key alliance partners and collaborate with our alliance function to build and nurture these relationships. You will be instrumental in cultivating joint marketing and sales motions with top-tier alliance partners to drive mutual growth and market presence.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a project/program management, product marketing, or technical leadership role, supporting technology service providers supporting the US federal government.
  • Skills: Proven ability to establish and manage cross-functional processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Attributes: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong collaborative spirit with a talent for building relationships across different departments (e.g., CTO, sales, marketing, and alliances). Adept at establishing lines of accountable and in holding resources across an organization accountable for meeting deliverable dates and work product quality.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or Engineering is required.
