Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Requirements Analyst-System Requirements Planner to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements analysis activities across multiple programs and system domains
  • Develop comprehensive system requirements documentation and specifications
  • Support DoD 5000 series acquisition processes and milestone reviews
  • Apply systems engineering processes per IEEE 15288 and DoD systems engineering standards
  • Develop and maintain Capability Development Documents (CDD) and Capability Production Documents (CPD)
  • Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and system trade studies
  • Establish and maintain requirements management processes and procedures
  • Lead requirements change control boards and configuration management activities
  • Manage requirements baselines and version control across system lifecycles
  • Coordinate requirements reviews, inspections, and approval processes
  • Interface with program managers, system engineers, and government customers
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, working groups, and technical exchange meetings
  • Utilize MBSE tools and methodologies for requirements modeling and analysis
  • Develop and maintain system models using SysML and other modeling languages
  • Develop test and evaluation requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Support Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in requirements analysis and systems engineering
  • 7+ years experience working with DoD acquisition programs and systems engineering processes
  • 5+ years experience in senior requirements analyst or systems engineering roles
  • 3+ years experience with MBSE tools and methodologies
  • Advanced experience with MBSE tools (MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect)
  • Deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycles and methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of DoD acquisition frameworks and processes (DoD 5000 series)
  • Must have at least:CISSP, CCSP, ISSEP or ISSAP certififcation

Desired:

  • Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
  • Knowledge of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) systems engineering principles
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP

Clearance:

  • Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

  • DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
  • Must meet IAT Level III and IAM Level certification
