Tyto Athene is searching for a DevSecOps Engineer to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines, implements SRE practices, system observability, and automation tools.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Deploy and configure observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic
• Create dashboards and reports for system performance metrics and KPIs
• Enhances the agility and reliability of cloud operations through continuous integration and delivery, ensuring that updates and new features are deployed efficiently to support mission needs.
• Supports Infrastructure as Code and Model Base System Engineering activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement MBSE practices and tools
• Support system modeling and digital twin initiatives
• Integrate MBSE workflows with CI/CD processes
• Maintain traceability between system models and deployed infrastructure
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or similar tools
• Support Zero Touch Provisioning capabilites in multi-tenat enviorments to include DISA Thunderdome.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration
• 3+ years hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automated pipeline development
• 3+ years experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 2+ years experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with government cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government)

Desired:

• Advanced certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps, or cybersecurity
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• CISSP, CEH, CISA

Clearance:

• Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

• DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
• CompTIA Security+ CE
