Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Program Analyst to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts comprehensive program analysis, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics
  • Develops reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholder
  • Provides analytical support during program planning, reviews, and performance assessments
  • Tracks milestones, deliverables, and compliance with program and contract requirements
  • Identifies issues and recommends solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborates with finance, logistics, and technical teams to align program execution with policy and operational goals
  • Develops and maintains program documentation, such as Program Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and status reports
  • Supports strategic planning, policy development, and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, or related field
  • Experience may substitute for formal education based on DoD guidelines 
  • 10+ years of experience supporting federal or DoD programs
  • Proven experience in programs analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Desired:

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Experience with DoD program planning, PBE process, or acquisition life cycle 
  • Familiarity with tools tech and project management tools 
  • Certified Project Management Professional
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification or similar

Clearance:

  • Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

  • DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
  • CompTIA Security+ CE
